"ON TRACK" The Don River
Railway (2004)
(Tas Steam Alive)
The Van Diemen Light Railway Society Inc was formed in the early 1970s. After basing themselves at Don, near Devonport, the group relaid a section of railway between Don Township and Coles Beach, opening to the public as the Don River Railway in November 1976.
